If a student is not confident in their abilities after training with Transcendent Group, they have the option to re-sit the course for up to one year at no charge (students are responsible for providing their book/lab material).

Cancellations
All Transfer, Rescheduling and Cancellation notices must be sent to Transcendent Group, Inc. by e-mail or by fax only.

Terms and Conditions
RESCHEDULING: You can change your registration to attend another or Training Course provided you give at least fifteen (15) days notice to Transcendent Group, Inc. prior to the commencement of the Training Course. If you fail to give such notice, then you will remain liable to Transcendent Group, Inc. for the payment of the Training Course fees, whether or not you attend the Training Course. Rescheduling is not automatic. It is dependent on the availability of space in the new Training Course and the time available to process the rescheduling request before the start date of the new Training Course.
CANCELLATION: You can cancel your registration at any time —100% of the prepaid fees will be refunded up to fifteen (15) days prior to the Training Course start date. If you cancel with less than fifteen (15) days notice, you will remain liable to Transcendent Group, Inc. for the payment of the fees for the Training Course.
