Virtualization – VMware ESX Sever 

Virtualization is an environment that allows multiple “virtual machines (VMs)” to run concurrently on a single server. In essence, it is the ability to separate a hardware platform from the operating system, thus providing significantly better resource utilization, greater application flexibility and hardware independence.


ESX 3.x Server
Students learn how to deploy VMware ESX Server for consolidating and partitioning servers in high performance environments. The course also covers installation and configuration of ESX server, Virtual Machine creation using the VMware Management Interface and VirtualCenter. Hands-on training provides an introduction to VMware Virtual Infrastructure, along with the practical aspects of the day-to-day administrator tasks.
